Task: Select a film in your genre( or as near) and find out 5 key marketing facts. This could be:
* Statistics
* Anything on target audience
* Marketing methods
Work for week beginning 3/11/14
1 Questionnaire to be completed and analysed.
2 Other pre-production research to be uploaded( interview vox pops and focus groups)
3 Marketing strategy- including target audience profile.
4 All analysis (trailers, mag front covers and posters) to be done. at least 3 of each.

1 An analysis of 3 posters in your genre uploaded onto your blog.
Consider the following:
The denotation and connotations of the posters.
The anchorage of the text- film title, tagline etc.
How the posters indicate genre, types of character and the plot/narrative.
The technical conventions( mise-en-scene, photography and editing).
How the stars and director are used.
The institutional information-studio logos, release dates etc.
